To fix a Macbook Pro after it fell on the ground & now shows a black screen, take the bottom cover off & unplug the battery from the logic board. Leave it unplugged for a few minutes & test your machine again.

This solved my issue on my 2015 Macbook Pro Retina. 

I tried every other solution I could find & nothing else worked. Before going to the computer shop, try this tip first!
